Happy Friday ya'll.
More red has been added into the living room because of that striped thrifted handwoven chenille rug we found last summer. The room has a kind of red, white and blue vibe now. Yes, I left a tag remnant on the child's chair. Oops.
I have been cleaning up a storm today and am "give out" as my mama would say.
I even cleaned baseboards.
I also hung some pretty thrifted eyelet cafe curtains.
I'll share them on the next post.
joy and peace

I like pops of red in the home. It always feels good to have a thoroughly clean house doesn't it? Even though you're tired, I'm sure you're glad you did it. I need to do the same thing.
ReplyDeleteLove the red Olive, it's the perfect pop of color.
ReplyDeleteI love red!! Happy Weekend Olive!
ReplyDeleteHon, you're talking my colors now!

Red is my favorite color - I think it is in every room in my house. The more red, the better, if you ask me!
ReplyDeleteLove your pops of red in the room. Do you do windows too?
ReplyDeleteRed really makes a statement doesn't it! Like your image . . .
ReplyDeleteLove it! But I'm not finding the tag remnant. It reminds me of those pictures where you have to find out what is wrong (or different) in the second picture. No, never good at that. Ha!
ReplyDeleteXO,

I have lots of red in my house. Are you "give out" or "plum" give out? Big difference.
ReplyDeleteCute little red pitcher:@)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, you and I were thinking the same thing!! Great minds think alike. :)
ReplyDeleteRed is good no matter what color it is, as my mother would say.
ReplyDeleteTouches of red are lovely at this time of year bringing some happy cheerful colour into the home.
ReplyDeleteJoy and peace to you too, dear Olive. I love pops of red as well. Also loving that little chair as well!
ReplyDeleteI love the pops of red in a room! Seeing this reminds me I have a set of deer antlers that I need to clean up and use somewhere or take them to my booth.
ReplyDeleteLove that little chair and that pop of red with the pitcher. Beautiful and serene!

I'm loving using red these days too. Don't work too hard, Olive!
