Gremmie Takes The Island

The kitchen island has been taken over by The Grim.

It's hard to think of potato salad in this bowl from this point on.

Gremmie is a mess.
She is into everything and keeps us entertained.
No surface, newspaper, or bowl is safe from her.

In Olive Out news I am recovering from a minor surgery done on Friday, in the doctors office, to my ear. I was deaf all weekend in that ear but the packing is out today and I no longer feel like I am underwater. I am definitely ready for an uneventful fall.

happy fall y'all
Olive

  6. That photo of her in the bowl is adorable! My cat used to do that until he broke one of my McCoy mixing bowls. I miss having a cat!

  9. I've never had a cat that would stay off counters or tables. A cat is a cat. And that is that.

  11. She is such a cute kitty....I will have to live vicariously through you because Bryan says NO to even the mention of a cat..and our doggies do not play nice with them anyway... so I will adopt Gremmie as my cat too...

  13. I am glad the doctor was able to remove that growth from your ear. I notice that Gremmie is the perfect cat to show for fall decor. At least my two cats are never interested in rooms that do not contain treats!

  18. Your poor thing - that ear surgery doesn't sound fun!

Gremmie is so cute! I think the exact pictures you've shown illustrate why some people don't like cats. I just think it's all the more endearing. Our cat has been spending today on the brand new quilt in the granny room. :) Kitty hair on the white bedspread. Shesh!

  28. Your kitty is so cute. I remember having cats growing up and they DO like to climb up on things. In fact, the higher the better usually. Hope you have a speedy recovery from your surgery.

  32. Soooo Cute! I love your cat and all her beauty. I lost my cat last Feb and miss having that sweetness (and sometimes craziness!) that a cat brings to a home. I might have to get a cat very soon....
    Lovely pictures!

  33. No one can soak up the sun like a cat. Makes me wish I wasn't allergic.

  34. Your photographs of your cat made me smile this morning. I especially love the one where she's in a bowl. I love cats and their antics, but my husband doesn't like them . . . so we have dogs (which we adore).
