The kitchen island has been taken over by The Grim.
It's hard to think of potato salad in this bowl from this point on.
Gremmie is a mess.
She is into everything and keeps us entertained.
No surface, newspaper, or bowl is safe from her.
In Olive Out news I am recovering from a minor surgery done on Friday, in the doctors office, to my ear. I was deaf all weekend in that ear but the packing is out today and I no longer feel like I am underwater. I am definitely ready for an uneventful fall.
happy fall y'all
Olive
glad to hear you survived your procedure! let the cat and dog entertain you the rest of the week! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI think your Gremlin is addicted to sunshine.
ReplyDeleteThat must be some pierced ear you have! Hope you are feeling better and are entertained by the kitties while you rest!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're doing well, Olive. CUTE pictures of Gremmie. Might she be a bit spoiled??
ReplyDeleteMary Alice
Yep. Can't sort of go wherever they want in a home.. it all belongs to them and don't you forget it. LOL Sorry to hear about the surgery. Heal quickly!!
ReplyDeleteThat photo of her in the bowl is adorable! My cat used to do that until he broke one of my McCoy mixing bowls. I miss having a cat!
ReplyDeleteI too hope you have an uneventful autumn! As for the cat? How can anyone not love cats. They are the cutest! And I love, LOVE the cat-in-bowl photo. :-))
ReplyDeleteLooks like Gremmie has made herself quite at home:@)
ReplyDeleteI've never had a cat that would stay off counters or tables. A cat is a cat. And that is that.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Olive, The cat in the bowl, looks so cute and funny. Hope the cat never jumps inot the potato salad.:):) xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteShe is such a cute kitty....I will have to live vicariously through you because Bryan says NO to even the mention of a cat..and our doggies do not play nice with them anyway... so I will adopt Gremmie as my cat too...
ReplyDeletelove, Mona
Love these photos. Gremmie and the beautiful lighting in your kitchen...wow! I know, I have lost two french bread baskets to Annie and my island to Sierra. I think I just gave up. :-b
ReplyDeleteI am glad the doctor was able to remove that growth from your ear. I notice that Gremmie is the perfect cat to show for fall decor. At least my two cats are never interested in rooms that do not contain treats!
ReplyDeleteGlad your ear is better:) that kitty is adorable mine sleeps in bowls too and many other strange places.
ReplyDeletefeel better quickly. ( :
ReplyDeletei love the bowl shots - they are too funny & super cute. love them!!
How funny! Love how cats always find the cozy spots. Glad your ear surgery is over and you are recovering. Have a great week.

Happy First Day of Fall. Hope you have a quick recovery.
ReplyDeleteYour poor thing - that ear surgery doesn't sound fun!
ReplyDeleteGremmie is so cute! I think the exact pictures you've shown illustrate why some people don't like cats. I just think it's all the more endearing. Our cat has been spending today on the brand new quilt in the granny room. :) Kitty hair on the white bedspread. Shesh!
I hope you feel better soon! The Grim is adorable. Even at the loss of potato salad, and I love potato salad!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are getting better after your surgery! Gremmie looks quite at home! Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteYes it looks like Gremmie has made herself quite at home on your kitchen island.
ReplyDeleteI hope your ear heals quickly.
Hi Olive. Hope you will now feel better after having the procedure on your ear. Gremmie certainly loves it on that kitchen island. Great photos.
ReplyDeleteGotta love Gremmie...what a cat-itude!
ReplyDeleteDeb
Awwww, what a sweetheart! Glad to hear your feeling better. Thinking of you as you recover fully.
ReplyDeleteHellooooo Olive!*!*!

Happy Fall to you too! Happy you are hearing better again. That mischievous Gremmie is a sunshine charmer!
ReplyDeleteYour kitty is so cute. I remember having cats growing up and they DO like to climb up on things. In fact, the higher the better usually. Hope you have a speedy recovery from your surgery.
ReplyDeleteGremmie, you just keep doing your job, gorgeous! Oh my do you look pretty in the sunlight and in that bowl. Who needs potato salad!?!? Olive glad you can hear from your ear and that you get back taking some more pictures of THAT cat! Ann
ReplyDeleteOlive,
ReplyDeletehow fun, a bowl of kitties! They're adorable! So glad you're feeling better and everything went well!
Rebecca
Your kitty is so cute! My female cat loves to sit in bowls, too - and even baking pans if I leave them out! Sorry to hear you had to have some minor surgery on your ear; hope recuperation is going well.
ReplyDeleteSoooo Cute! I love your cat and all her beauty. I lost my cat last Feb and miss having that sweetness (and sometimes craziness!) that a cat brings to a home. I might have to get a cat very soon....
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures!
xo Cindy
No one can soak up the sun like a cat. Makes me wish I wasn't allergic.
ReplyDeleteYour photographs of your cat made me smile this morning. I especially love the one where she's in a bowl. I love cats and their antics, but my husband doesn't like them . . . so we have dogs (which we adore).
