This is my favorite find from last weekend.
I was looking at this chippy chair in the dark, prior to sunrise, on someone's carport, and I could tell it had lovely patina.
I grabbed it!
It has not been cleaned or waxed yet in these images.
I have no idea where it's going to land in the yellow house but it's staying.
Would you have bought it for four dollars like I did?

It is yummy - very springy too...
ReplyDeleteYou're darn right I would have scarfed it up. Me and you would have had to pull it from each other. Just kidding. Can't wait to see what you do with it.
ReplyDeleteIn a heartbeat! Love the bits of red showing under the green. Great find!

ReplyDeleteI would have snapped it up in a minute. I have a real thing for chairs and have a couple like this just to tuck in a nook or set a plant on. It was well worth the money, Olive!

Heck yes. I have a similar chair in green from an Estate sale and I paid a lot more than that for it. I just love the finish and all the wear on it. I have mine in my bedroom.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely and would not have thought twice about it. It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day,
