Just where have I been?
With my daughter CC.
It is Spring break and she has plans.
She is a darling for including her mother.
Therefore I have not posted in days nor checked e-mails.
Or commented on your posts.
{I adore this terra cotta pot of pansie and hope to fill it with mounds of petunias very,very soon.}
I do hope you understand, children before blogging.
I do miss you and will be back, maybe tonight.
The large dogwood trees are blooming and I will post images by the weekend. Crossing fingers here.
XOXO
grace surrounds us

Hi Olive! Yes ma'am, I do understand! You have a ball!
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I completely understand. We are going to the lake for an extended weekend with a couple of the grands and a few of our kids....we are celebrating spring...some are hoping the fishin' is good. No bloggin' till Sunday or Monday.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Spring Break Olive!
All my pansies are looking really bright in their terracotta pots as well. Lovely for you to be able to spend time with your children and, yes, family must come before blogging every time! I think we all know each other well enough by now to realize that there might be times when we're not around, but that we'll all still be there for each other when we return.
ReplyDeleteLovely to think of you having a grand time with your girl, Olive! Enjoy every second of it...:)

I see how it is...daughter trumps blogger...right? I totally get it. There is no one I enjoy hanging with than my baby girl...unless it's my baby boy...then it's a draw!

Oh have fun with your daughter. Those are such few and far between precious moments. Enjoy every minute. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteCC is so sweet to include you in her plans! Chickie had her spring break last week, and although I saw her more than usual....it wasn't much!
ReplyDeleteYes, children and hubbies before blogging!
You are absolutely right "children before blogging". Have fun with your daughter and enjoy yourself.
ReplyDeleteHello Olive... your pot of pansies is so pretty!... enjoy your precious time with your daughter!... xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteSounds to me like you have really got your priorities right! Enjoy every minute of this time with your loved ones.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy the rest of the week and Happy St Patrick's day!
Best wishes,
Natasha.
March 10th to the 16th does not seem a long absence to me. I think one can get far to preoccupied with blogging, of course real life and family come first. We do not go away and are still here when you pop back. Take Care and have fun with your daughter.
ReplyDeleteMost definitely children before blogging!
ReplyDeleteHappy day, luv!
Olive, that photo of the pansies is goorrrrrrrgeous! Did you touch it up in Photoshop or anything? The yellow looks so vivid. It's perfect!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you had the most perfect time away.
