The three drawer chest in white and glass.
I usually go with color but I have enjoyed this softer look for the little chest.
All items on the table are thrifted finds save the carafes which were drastically reduced at Pottery Barn.
The two metal items are flower frogs.
The weekend weather was dark and stormy and provided much needed downtime for the two of us. I only snapped one well lighted image and this is it!
While there is one day of sun I must do some errands and garden a bit.
I am joining Marty at A Stroll Thru Life for Table Top Tuesday.
I am late darlings but do visit her lovely party.

That looks gorgeous Olive. I like the side table too.
ReplyDeleteI love that white and glass on that dark chest. It looks quite stunning! I have quite a lot of dark furniture, and I am going to try this look myself. Thank you for giving us the idea!
ReplyDeleteI love that look, Olive!

This is so pretty, the white pottery and all the textures look lovely together. Hope the weather improves. We're just cold and rainy here for last week and this one. Where's the sun?

ReplyDeleteVery soothing and relaxing. Lovely vignette. I love the cream tones and I wish I could see a close up on the flower frogs...They look very interesting. Vanna
ReplyDeleteHi Olive,
ReplyDeleteI love your white tabletop, I have been enjoying serene colors inside too. I am excited to see your rose below gone wild it's gonna be gorgeous!
Deer eating roses, I knew they did, but still... ouch!!

That lamp was lovely! A new follower from A stroll
ReplyDeleteHi Olive! Oh, what a beautiful vignette you've put together! I love the white too.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I love this vignette. I'm always drawn to images like this and then can't keep myself from injecting color into all my stuff. I just bought the fabric for my dining room...intention was neutral...but that is not what I bought!
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed at the beautiful pieces that can be found thrifting. You put together a gorgeous vignette with all of your thrifty finds. And what interesting flower frogs!!
ReplyDeleteJane
That looks sophisticated and serene...I love your vignette/display!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes and happy Wednesday,
Natasha.
I love that lamp! I seem to be all about white right now. I would guess that can be blamed on blog reading. I generally go for pops of color, but I find myself grabbing all things white in the house and grouping them. I think your vignette looks really pretty!
