Hatboxes and Cowgirl Boots

Hatboxes I have had for twenty five years.
Boots size five (cause they are cute) that I picked up recently for almost nothing.
They are leather and with bee's wax came to life again.

  10. Hi Olive,

I don't remember when I found your blog and haven't been visiting any blogs for quite some time. Friday evening I discovered your touching series and cannot tell you how your stories are touching me. I can relate to portions but not all. Your writing is such that I can picture every single scene. I hope you are printing these out because they are a treasure well worth passing down to the generations to come. That said, I cannot wait for the next installment.

    Take care sweet woman.

  12. I loooove those cowgirl boots!! Your texture on the picture really adds to the vintage feel of the picture. Thanks for stopping by, I had to laugh at your comment about having enough flower pictures to start another blog! I was thinking the same thing when I was working on the post. I always love hearing what is growing in your southern garden. Laura
