The pink knockout roses are blooming and they had to come inside.
No further than the kitchen sink.
I have been far too into gardening to do any arranging of vignettes in the house.
This is the best I can Romance a Sink.
I have spent the morning recovering a password.
I would rather have a tooth extracted.
Then I wrote an installment of Hold Everything Lightly which I will post tomorrow on 4/03/2012.
Linking with these delightful parties:

I love it, what a better place to see beauty when you have to do the dirty. Keep it up. Richard from My Old Historic House.
ReplyDeleteLooks great to me. It'll be months before I see a rose bloom here!
ReplyDeleteThose are so pretty. I don't have any blooms yet on mine. Probably soon in this heat!
ReplyDeleteI love knockout roses! Your garden looks so pretty! (btw..I love Mrs. Meyers Basil scented cleaning products too!)
ReplyDeleteYour roses are stunning and they look perfect in the tall vase by the sink. I love it. Thanks for joining TTT. Hugs, marty
ReplyDeleteI can't wait until I have roses to cut! That's a few months away so I will just have to enjoy yours! ~ Maureen
ReplyDeleteYou know, I used to keep flowers in a bud vase at the sink on many occasions, because I spend so much time in that area. This is something I haven't done for a long time so thanks for the reminder. They are lovely.
ReplyDeleteWish I had such a pretty sink. The roses are perfect there. Wishing you a great week. Tammy
ReplyDeleteLovely expression - romancing the sink and I bet that they smell lovely too.
ReplyDeletePerfect and time outside is so much more important anyway, blog less live more. :)
ReplyDeleteMine haven't bloomed yet either...maybe because I whacked them off a couple months ago!!???
ReplyDeleteI spent this am cutting grass & planting my tiny garden.
I enjoyed it!

Those roses need nothing fancy, they do it for me all by themselves.
ReplyDeleteThe roses are stunning. Such beautiful colours and I love the long stems as well. They look very pretty by the sink!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a vase with that configuration. I'll be looking now. Lovely roses.
ReplyDeleteLove your roses. One day , I hope to have some of my own. Have a fun day. Smiles , xo, Susie(She Junks)
ReplyDeleteHi Olive, So pretty! I still have to get my roses at the grocery store because ours aren't blooming yet.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by...you always make me smile and laugh!

What an unusual vase....sometimes life is fine unromanced - your house look cleans and frankly that is romance enough for me (sometimes). :)
ReplyDeleteI think your sink area looks fantastic. Mine has cinnamon sprinkled around it. Deters the ants that have invaded.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Beautiful blooms! My roses don't even have buds yet! LOL
ReplyDelete~Des
wow your knock out roses have longer stems than mine. Mine bloomed starting on Apr 1st and so did my David Austin rose. looks like instead of a tulip bouqet for easter it will be roses and lilacs!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite roses. There is a white kind that just came out too.

Olive, Can't believe you have roses already! We will be weeks before we get any. Thanks for stopping by and you are right the UK bunnies are so sweet. Have a great week, Laura
ReplyDeleteOh my do you ever deserve those beautiful roses! Perfect spot for them, I think!
ReplyDeleteThe knockouts are blooming here as well.
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen sink vignette is beautiful. I am leaning toward a more real life look these days. I am answering the siren song of our granddaughter and the lake.:-)
Thanks so much for stopping by the back porch. I love shooting the roads here at the lake. The road in the photo is inside Lake of Ozarks State Park. This road leads to and from our condo. It's just a beautiful ribbon winding through the park, a perfect look at a quintessential Ozark road. Narrow, curvy, and hilly, with beautiful views.
Well, I would say you romanced your sink perfectly! These are the best colored roses a person could ask for to greet them at their sink.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this eye candy!
Your roses are lovely and oh, how I love Meyer's products! Enjoy your week! ♥
ReplyDeleteIvy and roses ~ that's romantic enough for me, Olive! Do you like the Meyer's products? I've seen them and have been tempted to buy, but think I will use up what we have at home first. I like to know how other people like things, too, when they are new to me, so any thoughts you'd care to share would be appreciated.
ReplyDeleteThat is stunning! I love the clean look of it, will be a while before we see any roses here in Pa.
