Lemon Curd Again

Lemon Curd again my darlings. Once you make lemon curd you are forever in love with it and will make it again and again.
I use Southern Living's recipe except I do not cook it in a microwave. Stirring that luscious mixture on the stove is soothing to me. I do not own a microwave. Another freaky thing about me.

In Olive Out news my first product review will post tomorrow with a BlogHer sponsored giveaway. The producers at BlogHer are wonderful. I ask many many questions and they never tire of answering them. Please visit tomorrow and enter the giveaway.

I wish you all could come over
and have lemon curd and breakfast cookies with me.

  2. Hi Olive, I’ve never made lemon curd but buy it for gingerbread in the fall. I have to say this looks delicious for a breakfast spread, never thought of it for that. I’m off to look at the recipe. I use my MW to heat leftovers and cook bacon, that’s it! See you tomorrow for your product review. Wish I could join you for lemon curd and cookies.......

  3. Olive, you must stop it with the lemon curd. No one here appreciates it but me. However, my sister-in-law, who lives in England, will be here soon for three weeks. She loves lemon curd, loves to cook and loves me. It may be in my future, soon.

    1. I hope she makes lemon curd for you. Surely those kids would eat it with cake and fruit. I can think of many possible combinations. I am evangelical about it.

  9. Good Evening Olive, Oh yes please, I adore lemon curd. I'm the same as you, I do not own a microwave, I prefer the old fashioned stirring method....and I absolutely agree, once you make lemon curd, you will make it again and again and again.
    Best Wishes

  12. As Bubba says, "I like lemon curd on English muffins, lemon curd on ginger snaps, lemon curd on angel food cake, lemon curd on cream cheese sandwiches, lemon curd on banana bread, lemon curd on apple slices, and . . ."

Good luck on your first product review - I'll be reading!
