White 1920's Child's Chair

The child's chair is a little beat up and Joe rolled his eyes when he looked at it.
I told him we are not going to be sitting in it now are we?

For now it is tucked to the left of the stone fireplace.
I can easily see it on the buffet holding china.

  2. Love it - love Joe (: He's lucky you didn't want to hang it on the wall with a potted plant on the seat!

  16. hi Olive, I love your little chair and you found just the right place for it. I had a very old one, an antique my husband's mom gave us. It's an old school house chair like we used when I was a child. I used that chair for everything, a footstool, when I needed to sit low on the floor for cleaning. When my grandson was old enough to use it we gave it to him. I just bet your little chair will be used too!
    Enjoy the weekend.

Mine is painted a lovely light green and distressed and supporting the waste basket in the laundry room. Such a lover of children's chairs!!! Can't wait to see what else you're up to! Oh, and if you get a chance, I would love to have you drop by my blog for a bit of poking around. Sit a spell and I will bring you sweet tea and biscuits!
