Cades Cove, Tennessee
Tomorrow I will share the cabins of Cades Cove.
The next day I will share images of our hotel lobby which was lovely. I am trying to hold the number of images down as I edited 160 images of this trip. To see an 1800's church from the cove click here.

Shelley Puppy traveled really well this trip. He learned how to ride in an elevator, sleep in a hotel room, and ride in the car for a long time. He was a delight and everyone who saw him wanted to pet him. Joe had the vet put a locator chip in him this week.

Love the pictures of the moss/lichen on the trees and rocks. I really like the fence pictures too. You could link that to Friday Fences at Life According to Jan and Jer.
ReplyDeleteShelley is such a cute dog.
Have a great day.
Beautiful pics. I think it's great that you have taught Shelley to travel well and will be able to take him everywhere with you. You better keep your eye on hubby. Men with puppies are chick magnets! lol ~ Maureen
ReplyDeleteOh Olive, Cades Cove is so beautiful!... and your photos are all just stunning!... the first one is my favorite, besides the one of adorable Shelley!... puppy kisses sweet little one!... xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteOh I am so jealous. I am so ready to head out on vacation but not until the end of the month. Your pup will be so well socialized she will be a great traveler. We take our dogs everywhere too and they are crate trained so they just sleep in their kennels if we have to leave them. Such a gorgeous place.
ReplyDeleteCades Cove looks wonderful. I really like the mossy, watery shots in particular. Shelley certainly is growing!

You're travelling some beautiful country at a perfect time of the year. I tried transplanting some Tenessee ferns back to NE Ohio. Didn't work.
