The Puppy Report

Shelley traveled well yesterday and was a star.
People stopped their cars to speak to him.
College girls flocked to him.

Yesterday was long but filled with bitter sweet moments for CC as she said goodbye to her room mates. Sophia, an exchange student from China cried and cried as CC got into the truck. That started a river of tears all round for the four roommates. Between star Shelley and our weeping girls we had quite the drama going on.

  6. Olive, I just read your post. I don't know why but, I almost cried thinking of those girls all crying.Gee, it is sad, when you think you may never see someone you truly like again. Hope the pup cheered CC up somewhat. Smiles, Susie

  7. Olive, Shelley is just the cutest little doggy. I'm sure she helped to cheer CC up. CC and her collage roommates will probably be life long friends and get together occasionally.

  8. You better keep an eye on hubby. Puppies are chick magnets! lol Could Shelley come over and give car travelling lessons to my friend's puppy, so it doesn't throw up on my when we have to take it somewhere? ~ Maureen

  12. Good byes are always a bit painful. Shelley is beautiful and she must have helped fill that empty void CC was feeling when she said good bye to her room mates.

  17. What a DARLING puppy! I love dogs. I know that was heartbreaking to see your daughter so emotional. It's good that she felt so close to her roommates.

  18. My hands are clapping for your new "Chick Magnet", Shelley. I'm sure he helped ease those emotional tears as your daughter begins the next step on her life's journey. They must have been wonderful roomies and they will most likely be lifelong friends. Mwah to Mr. Shelley, he is so adorable. Ann
