spider webs

Absolutely no need for faux spider webs at our old house.

Our industrious eight legged fellows have created a huge display in some of the shed windows.

Our spiders are harmless. Joe has had this house for a coon’s age and has never been bitten.

Are we ready for Halloween or what?

There was a cabinet door in front of this window and when I moved it I could hear the webs tearing away from the window.

Eek.

grace surrounds us

  4. Wonderful. Olive. In Gloucestershire, near here, we have the UK's largest spiderweb, which stretches an entire barn and is about 150 feet long. Apparently, spiderweb makes better bullet-proof vests than kevlar.

  14. Love those photos Olive, I knew a fellow who could move spider webs without breaking them, it was wonderful to see him carry them safely to a place where he knew people wouldn't be walking into them.

  21. Where we are having the most spiders and webs are in our mirrors on our trucks. We clean them out one day and they are back the next day. It's driving me crazy! LOL
