This is an oddly cool alley in a town near our old house. It has a nail care business and this gal really keeps the outside of her shop looking swell. Note the staircase. Curvy baby.
Her little garden area is lush and tropical.
Just a few yards down from this shop is the most gorgeous shabby door. I want it. Lovely scroll work.
We had our daughter’s senior picture taken in front of this door. The picture is one of my favorites. I wish the owner would do something about this door before it rots from water damage. I do not know this woman who owns this shop with the curvy staircase, window, and garden but I like her spirit. She could write a blog I imagine.

The Spiral staircase is wonderful. Yes she has good taste. AND I think you should ask the people with the door if you can replace it for them and MAYBE they will let you have that one??? Just a thought... Hugs, Donna

ReplyDeleteSuper Cute Olive. Funny how we can be drawn to certain things. I bet the lady is very neat....or perhaps nothing like we would think. What a great place to have a picture taking. Debbie
ReplyDeleteThose doors are incredible! You need to get them to sell them to you so you can salvage them. You're right, they are going to rot if they don't do something about them. Love the frilly iron on the stairs. laurie
