I am thankful to have You, my friends. All who comment on and read this blog. I thank you! I have told Joe so many times what a warm and loving community of folks blog land is. That is completely true. I try to comment back as much as I possibly can. If I miss you it is not intentional! Life comes at me some days. Grass to be cut, gardening, CC, well girls you know, and I cook frequently. Not to mention our massive desire to thrift. How is that for a snippet of my sweet life with my true love Joe?
It rained yesterday. My sister, Terrrible T. is a tad upset over these summer storms. Lightening struck her computer last week and a tree fell on her car yesterday! Big hugs baby sister! That is why you pay insurance.
On this wet Sunday I will leave you with some images of the C-Cat.
Enjoy
Happy Sunday my darling friends! Thanks bunches for hanging with me as I am still learning how to do so many fun things. You are my inspiration.

ReplyDeleteMy husband is glad I have made friends through blogging, too. He just said it is costing money, too. New cameras and new laptop and all the flea marketing and ebaying. Oh, well. Happy wife happy life.
ReplyDeleteCC is delightful..what would we do without our furry friends? And you're right..our blogging friends are blessings to us, as well!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by to visit and leaving kind words on my page. I laughed at Joe's comment that you retired to read more. That's my retirement plan, coming soon I hope. As for art, it is obvious from your pictures and posts that you definitely have a creative side!
I love your current reads..they're both favourites of mine. I just reread Mockingbird, and watched Gregory Peck in the movie..brilliant. I wonder why Harper Lee never wrote another book?
It's been lovely visiting with you...

Hi Olive,
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious kitty!!! How adorable! I just popped over to say "hi" and when I saw your pics, I thought "how precious are God's creatures." I didn't realize that you are in Georgia...what part?
My daughter Jenny has been going to Emory in Atlanta. Before then, I had never been to Georgia before (except on stopovers at the airport.) It's a beautiful state!
Hugs,
Cindy
Lucky day for me to have stumbled across your blog. Nice to meet you. Your kitty is precious and I LOVE your header. I assume that is your house. Trying not to be jealous on our first meeting! :)

What a sweet post! CC is an adorable kitty. Our furry friends are such important members of our family. So happy to blogging friends with you!
ReplyDeleteHi Olive!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right! The ladies out there in bloggerville are just wonderful! I have met so many great people.
Now that looks like one very happy cat!
Hi Olive!
ReplyDeleteI have 4 kitties who are just as big of ham's as your CC, LoL! I do hope they cheered up your little sister. I know alllll to well what it's like when lightening takes out your beloved items. A few months back lightening stuck my building here and it took out my BRAND NEW HP scanner/printer/copier, my also BRAND NEW dvd/vcr player, and my stereo {not brand new but still a good one}. Insurance didn't pay me a dime, they said that it wasn't as much as my deductable. Then I went to my secondary insurance and they said that I needed to have all the items looked at by a professional to tell me exactly what I already knew...they were ruined. They told me that they couldn't tell me if they would reemburse me for the cost for that so I was like forget it! ARGHHH! Live and learn I guess.
Hope you have a great day! Pet CC for me! :)
Smiles!
